Boom bust cycles are structural, a transfer of wealth mechanism. Inflated to reduce purchasing power and force the sale of assets. Since the advent, central banks' monetary policy enables it, fiscal policy provides the "smoke and mirrors". The latest "guillotine to drop" started in late 2019. Pozar isn't predicting it, he's stating its logical progression.
