Why has Torrance never said one word about what has gone on in the schools over the last 5 years. He has been employed by said school system for many years. Isn’t it his responsibility, on some level, to be an instrument of change in the schools? He has a lot of influence as both the mayor and a teacher doesn’t he? The same could be soda about domestic violence. Yet he always takes the path of no resistance. Why? He publicly supported Padilla receiving a pay raise when the issue came up. Someone who turned out to be abusive towards women. Seems to speak volumes about Mayor Harvey
