These financial geniuses view parking meters, and the fines incurred as a result of failure to feed them, as revenue. Those parking meter fines mount up quickly, and even the management of those fines is outsourced, for what % of the fime collected.

Newburgh government routinely fucks the citizens with their lack of vision and judgement, while all around the ‘burgh, cities flourish while Newburgh flounders.

Get some of these new folk, who have made significant investment here, to get involved politically. Surely there is at least one . . .
