Subject: The Metered Elite

So the city paid a consultant to give direction about these meters but the city council decided that the poor- many of whom don't operate with credit cards/bank accounts- should be further burdened with not being able to use cash to park during business hours on city streets. As usual those consultants saw Newburgh coming and the city council who are representing no one but themselves are patting themselves on the back for bringing Newburgh up to the 21st century. There's a hack for that. For anyone who's willing there's a nuclear option here. Chargebacks. Try it and see how quickly that 25ยข "revenue" becomes a liability.
