Thanks Cenhud Dude, thanks for the clarification. Isn't Morris the City Engineer? Any event I can see the correlation of public works falling under his purview, due to public works projects. But DPW works hang and hand with the city engineer as well. As folks alluded to earlier, why the change now? What's the significance?. Top heavy, part time position BS. Venning is a thinker though. He has the council's 👂. He caters to their desires, however out of touch with the community they may be. We need tax rateable businesses in this city. Someone make it make sense to me please.
