Drafting frivolous virtue signaling resolutions that piggyback on pre-existing state or federal legislation depletes the in-house legal resources. Let's back up. Any remaining tenets of free market capitalism, i.e. price discovery and private contracts (i.e. rental agreements), were "mandated" to be null and void via a coordinated global economic lockdown while expanding the other side of the balance sheet by trillion$. Stagflation is the "spanking" we're all getting as an effect. It's what happens when you bring forward decades of credits on the future production they represent. Centrally Conrolled Economy = Grownups playing musical chairs. The pleebs are expected to grab the back of one, bend over and recite... "Thank you sir, may I have another."
