I'd be more concerned about the pending legislation that would push the risk curve out in an attempt to gain investment yield as it relates to unfunded pension liabilities. The fact that this is even being considered in a rising interest rate environment and a declining equities markets is a red flag. More so, that this RISK AND UNCERTAINTY is clearly acknowledged in the bill itself.
