It would seem that experience is the motivating factor. In terms of training, and ready to hit the ground and assimilate. Also, Covid burnout, employers have forgotten about the sacrifices made by Frontline workforce during the pandemic. With this current administration claiming the pandemic is over, in order to appease corporate capitalist. It would seem the sweep it under the rug approach to governance, and no teeth policies have fueled the need for the extension after the fact. On another note, the jobs report from the Fed showed a surprising number of jobs added to the economy despite the outlook, but however, there are still mass layoffs, and hiring freezes in America, and the global economy.
