The City of Newburgh's expansive waterfront should be focused on water-related businesses and cultural tourism (taking advantage of newburgh/beacon connection with a sheduled summer ferry, Metro North to Dutchess Stadium or south to NYC).
FoodTec is another way to distract us from identifying the true value of our location on the Hudson River. under the guise of job growth and employment. ooh! maybe the Culinary Institute is planning an outying school?
