It's a "tolerance" thing..."progressive" social constructs override long standing necessary basic rules of a civil society. Basic rule enforcement becomes a futile endeavor to the point of being a non-starter when the basic of i.d. is discretionary and/or citation amnesty is copped under the premise that there is a "lack of communication" or "education". Essentially, following common sense rule is a condition of the individual with an inherent understanding of cause and effect...simply, you either give a chit or you don't. The handlers have been doing a great job of convincing a disproportionate collective otherwise, propagating a victimhood mentality through every facet of society that many are willing to cop to instead of cementing their individual sovereignty via self rule. Snow storm tonight, we know it, we know the rules...still, citations will be written, citations will be thrown out.
