You do know the LAPD has actual police gangs that the Chief concedes is business as usual- actual criminal elements inside the "law enforcers" agency. You also must know that the NPD ticketed and towed many cars parked on the correct side of Broadway during the last snow emergency- and that insipid Michele Kelson refused to automatically rescind the tickets and towing fees for the people following the correct laws suggesting instead that the victims of this fraud file a notice of claim with the city to get their money back.
