Marge swallowed the hook, line and sinker. She is no longer an independent thinker. She is supporting the city system. I don't know what happens to councilmembers. It is seems they get a lobotomy duing the first year of service. Then they tow the line and become part of the problem, while the CM rules and his or her friends line up to suck the city of all funding that should go to the residents. It is disgusting.
