I just spoke with someone, and while this would need to be confirmed, there is a strong possibility that due to the IDA's cosigning of the mortgage agreement the CITY AND/OR IDA is NOW ON THE HOOK for Carchietta's millions.

Sounds like the IDA needs an attorney a.s.a.p.!
