I'd love to see that M&T file. I used to be a commercial lender, and let me tell ya, the red flags on that deal would have made me head for the hills as fast as I could go. No doubt, there was some major arm-twisting going on with this stinker, and someone pretty high up at the bank had to have put his/her initials on it.
