This is the same guy who has continually supported fast-tracking contracts without review. He whole-heartedly supported Bob McKenna and Lourdes, who stole or hid millions from our city coffers. He has used simple-minded councilmembers as cogs in his anti-city agenda. And now he's blaming someone else for his short-comings now that the fit is starting to hit the shan. Typical.
