The only way the station owner can work with anyone is if he has some sort of ownership and the people who work under him suck up to him entirely. This is why the best talent there leaves quickly without coming back. The lessers are constantly recycled.

The WGNY 'leaderhip" is comfortable with their "Land of the Dinosaurs" and continues to move backward instead of forward.
