As a continuum on my message on the 'Idiot at Large 'thread...Today's s.o.e. declaration may serve as an agitation toward the minsky moment, a catalyst, however, not the cause. fyi NYS has established protocols for "isolation and quarantine". Interestingly, on the docket is Bill AB99...
"PURPOSE:To allow the governor or the appropriate health official to order the removal and detention of any person afflicted with a communicable disease in the event that there is a state of health emergency declared by the governor in relation to such disease."

My concern, the virus will be the tool by which some unpleasant "policy" is enacted, that which would otherwise be out of bounds will now be demanded.
