Test will only confirm what is commonly known. State approval is irrelevant if there are no test to be had or the current test, at the time, were faulty. As per NYS, the measures taken now should have been done weeks ago. Instead blanket statements alluded to how NYS hospitals were the best in the world. California has started to implement eminent domain on private hotels and motels to accomodate virus related patients...look for something similar in a community near you. Exponetial problems are just not comprehended by most, even in real time. Or, it could be that they are and a dependence on just-in-time delivery systems results in a cognitive dissonance or an effort to buy time.
