Who is going to enforce such a said curfew? With the depleted police department? How actually will this work? I guess the council who voted for layoffs never imagined this scenario. If such a stupid idea is implemented, I mean stupid financially, the overtime would be unimaginably high, just to enforce this not thought out, follow the big city ideas, whose budget surpasses us astronomically. This mayor looks at the news, and thinks newburghs resource and cash strapped city can implement these ideas of other municipalities, who have more money and manpower. Stay in your lane, and let real emergency Managers handle this pandemic. Worry about how to teach these children remotely, so they can stay on a somewhat descent academic trajectory.
