Central Hudson dude, it is already in motion, if the city doesn't do their due diligence on the FACTS I said, then shame on them!! Everything will corroborate itself once they(council) act. They spend money on studies, but ironically they don't listen to the "lil birdies". But the council is full aware of improprieties at 22 Grand Street. It's "their moral duty" to ascertain these documents they have in their possession by way of paystubs and journals! Every your a journal is logged about who what why and when in that department!!!!
