Apparently not! Why do we have him around? No personality, won't move into our community, isn't willing to work along side the staff that's been tasked with assisting the festival ... and is the budget actually getting better...? I don't see that reflected in my taxes -- which rise every year. I don't see it in public safety. I hear often of MORE cuts to the police and fire depts. We are just handing 200K over for nothing.
