Do your homework, the said overtime you speak of, was due to the city not properly staffing, and promoting. A study was done by an independent firm, Conor O'Davie's, and it talked about what City Government needed to do, in order to bring OT down, and create optimal staffing levels. All seethroughny is going to do, is corroborate what I said by giving a timeline as to when this happened. The city knew, and chose to blame a department for it's shortcomings. And to top it off, there was no Chief of the Department, an Assistant Chief, who was still in the union was the acting Chief, whom the city brokered a deal with to manage the department, while a search was on for a non bargaining department head. So respectfully, you don't know what the fuck your talking about asshat. That's why a resident is dead. People who don't know what's going on, but have all the answers, tell that shit to someone who doesn't know, like you.
