That is a whole word! This city is notorious for fucking it’s public servants, while covering up for the electeds. Carpetbaggers, poverty pimps, drunks, aldulterers/adultresses all run game and win, while Newburgh’s cops and firemen have to bow, scape and beg for every lousy dime they get. Same as it ever was . . .
