G, not for nothing, you sound like a shit stirrer. That's what we call folks who sit on the sidelines, wait for a perceived moment of wisdom, to impart half-truths into a situation, in hopes of starting a conflict. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but to slander a department for things out of their control, and put it out as fact is definitely wrong. Do your research, do some fact checking with your foiling of information. Information is for the informed, and clearly you are not.
