All these grandiose ideas, when someone dies, purely asba result of cuts in public safety! No matter how you package it, that's what happens! Any other way to rationalize this other than stupidity on city government, is insane. I hope, and pray the council at least thinks about staffing an engine in the night, to provide another level of fire protection they negligently cut.
