Hey Mayor Harvey ... CORRUPTION and INEPTNESS is what will bankrupt the city. It is simple...monies are misappropriated...contracts poorly executed and a mayor and council with no experience, expertise or ethical compass to make decisions to help dig us out of this corrupt mess.
