Subject: Parking Fees Are the Next Tax

Water/sewer, garbage pick up, high property and school taxes and now: PARKING FEES (&fines). As if the incompetence and misspending in city hall couldn't get worse, they're installing parking meters in front of residences where there were none. They've failed to anticipate that people who live here will no longer park where they have to pay. They will park on blocks that are already overwhelmed with cars. Alternate side and winter/snow emergency parking is going to be a circus. Notice that the non-residents in city hall won't have to pay for parking- and lazy city employees/official will be encouraged to drive instead of walk/bike. Also notice that none of them are living anywhere near where these meters are being installed. What a coincidence.
