Maybe Omari can get more family members to take the test, fail out of the academy needed to be a firefighter, yet still keep his job, getting paid to stay at firehouse and not respond to emergency calls, I bet he slips at work and the city will pay his accident leave for 20 years , not a waste of tax payer money at all
