For an educator, and elected official, Torrance is very unhinged in his comments and mannerisms at that meeting. His demeanor eas that if a dictator. Subconsciously Mr Harvey knows he is wrong in the choices he made as an official, that's okay, we're human, but what's not ok, is to not admit when your wrong, and not try and help make a situation YOU created Better. Absolutely disgusting in a human level. Harvey is a shit human being
