Most sentient people realize the dice are loaded, the relative costs of living determining how deeply rooted they should be. But for those that are initially alluded, their frustration is the realization that the cost of "progressive" policy ain't cheap and doesn't give equal credits for how many or what color tokens of virtue displayed on one's property. Just over a decade of asset appreciation enabled the latest churn, just as before. The only thing that changed from the prior run up is the degree of leverage on the housing market. The margin calls will be epic.
