Open carefully. A consensus could be drawn that there is correlation between the level of safety services provided relative to outcomes. Seems logical. If a definitive causal relationship can be drawn, it warrants a broader scope of the cause/effect, quantity relative to quality questioning. I.e., covid response by many healthcare facilities was to limit preventative health related screenings. It wasn't an issue of not enough money. Because these screenings were not provided, can one argue the possibility that preventable health issues occurred after the fact?
