Is wealth per capita ever measured? Income levels maybe- but even that's questionable. Why would those with multiple dwellings like our lovely city-birds- who have a pied-à-terre in Brooklyn if not also elsewhere- self-report their wealth and if so, why in this place they aren't even residing full time? Look at that lovely young family that just had that Upstate House article about their place in Sullivan County that they bought to "get away from the hubbub of Newburgh". (Can you imagine?)
