Why are Newburgh school board members Mark Levenstein and Phil Howard so invested in the outgoing schools superintendent? That they are calling, the women who have brought forth charges, liars? This is repulsive but it makes us wonder what the bigger picture is? Why do they treat Padilla like he’s Jesus and therefore incapable of committing the sins he’s been accused of? Are payoffs involved? This has the foul odor of corruption written all over it. Phil’s brother put on quite a show again today.
