Omari is a sociopath plain and simple. He is a race hustler and anarchist and for anyone to believe the skin he shows one day will be the same the next is a fool.

Seems as though the new city manager may have a leash on him, at least for now, but make no mistake about it this will be a short term temporary remedy.

The message he sends to the afro-american “young bloods” of Newburgh is toxic. If he cannot inspire anarchy and incite racial disharmony then he is reduced to insignificance
