MID HUDSON TIMES _Nov 24 - A drone powered by Ronald Zorrilla of the City of Newburgh Conservation Advisory Council shows the clearing of forested land off West Street, near the Newburgh Free Academy Athletic Field. The clearing, to the dismay of many conservationists, was done to make way for the construction of the school district’s new Careers and Technical Education (CTE) Center, as part of a Capital Bond Project approved by district voters in May of 2019.

The voters APPROVED the building on THIS SITE knowing after numerous public hearings the plans to build THIS STRUCTURE and NOW some are "DISMAYED" that trees aka forest was cleared!!@!@! Even some school board members are joining in on this illogical argument to save the trees.

How else did these conservationists think the structure, parking and infrastructure was going tot be place there?????
