The number of voters equals the number of school district employees. The turnout was dismal. The union got their people out to vote for their own raises. Now they are using the money to knock down old schools and clear forests and people are concerned. All without a leader. Padilla still suspended WITH pay? There's so much to be outraged by by who has the time?
