Not really sure exactly what your point is? Omari makes statements about who lives within the confines of a city of less than 4 square miles as though that defines them. He references city employees who are allowed to reside out of city limits as though they are committing a crime and do not care about Newburgh?

It is the blame game plain and simple. Time to stop blaming others and start taking responsibility for you and your community
