Balmville should have come down years ago. It is an eyesore, and attractive hazard and just plain useless for any other purpose.
Stridiron, a board member, appears to have an itch to save it and has some wild idea it is a "landmark." Some years ago some zealots tries to get it label as such but with no success.

So what other old buildings are being torn down?
