Tell Spinelli, to let the union prez go back to being a fireman, and stop the temp lieutenant position he is in, and promote a person, who actually legally scored to be placed on the civil service exam for their position. Do the right thing! Where is the transparency. Tell you what, you have by end of business day Friday, New Year’s Eve, to end this disgusting power abuse, demote the individual, who is illegally in a made up, “good ole boy” position, and put the rightful heir to that civil service tested position, in place. This isn’t New Windsor Bedetti, I know you didn’t make the position, but your ass isn’t saying shit, which makes you complicit. Bad enough your boy Chief Dexter had a member put in federal prison. Now they are colluding to squeeze a member from a rightfully earned position. We cannot expect these scumbags to do he right thing here, so before the law gets involved, promote legally, follow the god damn law. Never saw so much bullshit in a small department. This is ridiculous.
Public service announcement, more damning information will be revealed, if this matter is not rectified, and it won’t be on this site, it’ll be in a courtroom. Local 589, don’t let the Attorney General’s office visit you, and make inquiry into Union finances, god knows what will be uncovered. It is a shame, that this route must be taken, in order for justice to be served. Not asking for anything other than what is right, and most importantly legal. Where is civil service? Corporation counsel. This matter is about to go nuclear due to ignorance, selfishness and outright corruption, because it is known that he didn’t score in the top 3, promotions were made, but somehow he is still in that position, he should be a man and step down, what leadership are you showing? Better question, where is the Chief? At his house with his buddies, Camacho, Gordon, Bedetti,Dexter. Ruining a good institution, that’s what happens when you get imbeciles in positions of authority, they do dumb shit! Please citizens, ask if this is true, call the FD 8455697413 or 8455621212
