Imo... Regardless of methodology, i.e. natural or vaccination, for stimulating an immune response, your body's response is only as good as your immune system, e.g. innate and adaptive (antibodies and T lymphocytes)

Vitamin D (and C) significantly improve immune response, as does outdoor exercise (i.e.walking). It's been proven Zinc inhibits viral replication. In order to do this, Zinc requires an ionophore (quercetin or molybdenum) which enables the Zinc to cross your cells membranes, enter it, kill the virus and inhibit viral replication in your cells.

Zinc...a beef burger or a serving of baked beans or pumpkin seeds...etc

Ionophores... glass of red wine or a cup or two of green/black tea or a cup blueberries...etc

For a natural antibiotic/antiviral/antifungal... garlic.

Take a multi-vitamin/mineral.

SARS-CoV-2 can become a heavy vitamin c scavenger/depleter under high viral loads.

Unlike animals who can multiply the vitamin c they produce in their bodies many times over when sick, humans produce no vitamin c at all and depend on diet and supplementation to raise their levels.
The one fact people miss is vit C has the same receptor as glucose. To increase your Vit c. avoid fruit juices as the sugar in the juice competes with the C for absorption.
