Just some facts. In Civil Service you finish in the top 3 or you don’t get the spot. So, if CNFD is trying to keep a provisional LT that did not finish in the top 3 on the civil service list, they are pulling a scam and keeping that from a better, smarter and more qualified candidate. If the candidate in question has the last name I think, I am not surprised this is going on. But in 2022??? Come on guys!! Step up and keep up the fight, call civil service, report it and stop it!! If it’s the last name I am thinking, which never finishes in top 3, then he learned it from other older members with same last name. DO WHAT IS RIGHT NEWBURGH!!!
