Years ago, nobody wanted to live on the river ffs. People fled the river like it was poison - that’s a whole other topic. Then, they built those shanty shacks on Colden and nobody wanted to live there, either. Last summer the price on those shit builds was over $200,000.

Newburgh hasn’t had a progressive thought or vision in decades, and if it miraculously appeared, they did their damdest to shut it down. Now, you’ve got the influx of newbies who act like thy own the city and know everything about it ignoring the important issues that will impact their investments.

Newburgh is it’s own worst enemy.
