 Hi Everyone,

I would like to have Decembers update include info about ice racing. It sounds like their are quite a few of you women that choose to strap on the spikes!!!

Please send some info about your experiences, where you may race of ride, what type of equipment changes you go thru(clothing also)and what it's like. Photos are encouraged!!!
