I'm sorry Billy, but you ain't gonna convince me that a semi-attractive young female teacher, like Pam Smart was at the time, didn't have a tremendous psychological advantage over her male high school students -- especially when she was having sex with them on the side.
I think legislators, such as Gov. Lynch or anyone else who has the power to pardon her prison sentence, has to view Pam Smart as a person who pulled the trigger of the gun herself that murdered her husband, Greg.
Granted, divorce is costly where you got to split the property assets 50/50 (which is my understanding Pam wanted to avoid here), it still ain't worth murdering someone over.
I hope and pray Gov. Lynch doesn't pardon, or even reduce, Pam Smart's prison sentence.
