He is boyishly handsome with a strong nose, round cheeks and a crooked grin. His complexion is light and sprinkled with freckles. If you catch him just getting off work you will probably find him in a suit and tie but he prefers to wear shorts and a t-shirt. Personality: Neil believes in working hard and playing harder.
