PROCEDURES: ......COLLATERAL FIRST

1. Lessor issues Deed of Agreement to Lessee, Lessee fills complete
the Deed of Agreement (DOA) with passport copy of responsible person,
Client information sheet, Board resolution letter, company
registration certificate, current bank statement , Bank Capability
Letter , Authorization to Verify and Bank Letter for approval of Text
of SWIFT 799 BCL (Letter of Guarantee) (not filled but signed by a
bank officer, Appendix 1, second letter) and return back to Lessor;

2) Lessor will conduct DD and thereafter approves the transaction and
its representative
counter (Deed of Agreement), attaching passport of responsible Lessor
and sends copy to Client . BOTH PARTIES WILL LODGE A COPY OF LOI (DOA)
WITH THEIR BANK.

3) Upon satisfactory completion of due diligence checks, Lessor will
send RWA to Lessee Bank by SWIFT MT199 (Appendix 2) within 3(three)
banking days after DD.

4) Lessee within 2 (two) or less banking days upon receipt of RWA by
SWIFT MT199 from Lessor, issues SWIFT MT799 BLOCKED FUNDS OR LETTER OF
GUARANTEE to Lessor’s bank account coordinate with equivalent amount
of 10% purchase price and sends swift copy to Lessor;

5) Within 3(three) banking days after verification of SWIFT MT799 the
Lessor issue Pre Advise MT799 to Lessee and CONFIRMS READY WILLING AND
ABLE to receive MT760 SBLC. Lessor thereafter gives window time and
releases SBLC via swift MT 760 to Lessee’s bank account coordinates;

6) Within 3(three) banking days the Lessee’s bank confirms and
verifies the SBLC;

7) Lessee’s bank releases funds and pays for SBLC, to Lessor’s banking
coordinates price fees with agency on or before 5 banking days upon
receipt and confirmation of MT760

8) Lessor’s bank sends hard copy of SBLC to Client’s bank within 5 to
7 banking days by registered speed post ;
