Dear Sirs,

We have three Bank Instruments BUYERS, as below:

1. Chinese buyer requiring a Seasoned BG - 2 B Euro up to 50 B. They can issue BPU but refuse payment of any upfront fees, including transmission fees.

2. Arab buyer requiring a FC BG/SBLC - 10B Euro. They can issue BPU and POF but refuse payment of any upfront fees, including transmission fees .

3. We also have a MTN buyer for a pension fund, procedure: Euroclear block and pay.

VERY IMPORTANT!

1. Our buyers do not accept to pay any upfront fees, including transmission fees; any fee must be inserted in the sale price. They believe, and we do agree, that any so called provider requesting upfront fees has not closed any deal before and, consequently, they are not reliable unless scammers.

2. Buyers need a genuine seller/provider who will have to show proof that he is the title holder or commitment holder for the paper, no exceptions!

3. Unfortunately, some of our partners made the mistake to pay transmission fees to so called providers and have never received the instruments afterwards; we have clear examples in that regard.

Please, kindly let us know if you can assist and also specify your position in a potential deal and if you are in the seller's side or buyer's side. Thank you.
