I'll weigh in on the teen driving thing. We moved to Alaska almost 4 years ago and we live on the Kenai Pinensula. My daughter Ashley just got her license this past February and she had to do her driving on the ice and snow. although a potentially hair raising experience, she has turned out to be a pretty good driver, dodgging moose
crossing the road and all. I don't think I'd be so comfortable with her driving on an L.A. freeway though so my hat goes off to you Mary. Just wear a helmet and say a Hail Mary LOL. Seriously, I am sure your kids do just fine.
Great web site and I'll be listening to the interview up here in Good Ol Alaska where just as the snow was melting,
they just got belted with another foot north of us. Very unusual for this time of year. Well, so much for Global Warming. Take Care. John V.
