Date Posted: 08:16:44 11/13/04 Sat  A tiny bundle curls close to a once caring mother. Humans left those two dreadful holes in her once beautiful skull. Blood seeping from the fatal blows, covering the tiny kitten. This tiny leopard cub was not the only one of her litter, her three brothers were taken by the humans, thankfully they over-looked this one. Her mother was protecting her young, she attacked the humans but of course, the humans used brutal force. Rain's tiny towers will always remember the sound of the powerful guns. Her orbs will always remember the way her mother fell & the humans taking away the remains of her family. Now, she was left to fend for herself at only 5 weeks of age. She will not survive on her own of course, for cubs are not weaned until about 4 or 5 months of age. Shall someone save her? The very race that killed her mother maybe? Time would be the only answer. The blood soaked coat curled closer to her mother, not understanding why she was not responding. Almost as if she were sleeping... the tiny kitten began to cry out, perhaps just wanting help...
