 she smiled at the colt and moved next to him. Her voice was still soft as she gently stroked is coat still alert and watching his mother. Everything about her was kind, her voice was not harsh and her movements were slow so as not to startle the colt. She continued to stroke the colt as she quickly took a rop and fashioned it into a rope halter and lead. Slipping it to onto the colt's dial talking to him all the while
